Parsley is a web service that helps you keep track of the topics that you really care about. You just sign in and add your favorite topics to trace, for each topic you need to categorize the weigth (from most to somewhat) to indicate the mix of them. Thats it, Parsley does the rest. It´s a solution to filter, prioritize and suggest only your relevant information.
